Actinic keratosis

Actinic keratosis (AK) lesions should be considered as squamous cell carcinomas at the earliest identifiable stage of their development. They are the most common lesions with malignant potential to arise on the skin [1]. Actinic keratosis lesions may be clinically diagnosed and should be systematically treated.
